The Intensive Language Teaching Center (ILTC) at the National Higher School of Hydraulics

established in 2025, is a specialized academic unit dedicated to  enhancing English language proficiency among teaching staff. The center’s primary mission is to equip teachers with the necessary linguistic skills and professional engagement in English. The ILTC offers structured and intensive language training programs designed to strengthen listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with particular emphasis on pedagogical use of English in higher education contexts.
